When you joined this list you were promised that this list was, is and will be about poetry. Others who joined the list were told the same. Everyone joined on this premise, and it was made clear that the list is not about anything else. Using this list for anything apart from poetry and poetry-related discussions and announcements woud amount to a 'breach of contract', so to speak. You are requested to keep in mind that the list already has a high number of emails per day, and that adding to them with non-poetry emails is very, very unfair to over 200 people.
