We have a ton of hardware under Silver/Gold support, quite likely we might already qualify for this, although I was previously unaware of its existence. However, unless I misunderstood, support is only provided for the current release, and there are no patches available; you need to upgrade every three months or so... I don't think that will provide the stability management is requiring for our file system project. BTW, you don't happen to know any ACL experts you might be able to go nudge to take a look at my ACL question :)? -- Paul B.
