We have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager - Call Center Applications / Workforce Management (WFM) Solutions for our client based in San Jose, CA

ROLE
Successful candidate will become an integral part of the Project Management team by technically driving/managing projects to ensure timely and successful project completion

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- 10+ years of IT experience with last 4+ years as Project Manager handling implementation and deployment of Call Center Applications / Workforce Management (WFM) Solutions
- Minimum 2 full life-cycle implementations of Call Center Applications/WFM solutions is a must
- Experience of implementations in a multi-national or multi-location (remote teams) setting
- Firm understanding and hands-on implementation experience of Call Center/WFM applications in a large organization set-up
- Experience of working on Aspect eWFM is a must
- Experience on integrating Aspect and Genensy solutions with custom applications
- Prior experience of working on Genesys application will be a plus
- PMP project management certification is preferred but not required
- A four-year college degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred; however relevant education and/or job experience can be substituted.

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Create project SDLC documents, i.e. Planning / Requirements / Design / Train / Deploy / Post-Deploy
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to Program Manager/Client
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
