That is an example of why many of `Abdu'l-Baha's interpretations of prophecy do 
not make sense to me, and why I can only accept them on faith.

In order to get 1260 years from 3 1/2 days, you have to do a double 
days-to-years conversion. First you change 3 1/2 days to 3 1/2 years. Then you 
make 3 1/2 years (1260 days) into 1260 years.
