Long time ago, when I still bothered with yeast starters, I used apple juice
several times. It comes ready pasteurized, in a pasteurized container, so all
I needed to to was to pour a bit of the juice out, and dump the yeast in the
box. Seal with kitchn film or something else suitable, and wait. Worked like
a charm. And the result was always
beer anyway
