I use a Microkeyer and a Kenwood TS2000 with FLDIGI 3.01 .  In the set
up area fro FLDIGI I have the following

Com 3  same as PTT port in Microkeyer device router

PTT= TTY selected

RTS selected

Hamlib is selected (I don't understand this, but it works)
