Steve,I had about 6 TX profiles.  The major components of the old profiles are 
found in Setup Transmit, and EQ.  I opened these two windows for each profile, 
then printed the screen (Control + Print Screen).  Then I pasted the screen 
print into Paint, and saved with the name of the profile. To recreate these in 
2.3, I just opened the screen print pictures and made the new profiles look 
like the old ones.  Ten minutes for all?  Since you have so many profiles, 
you'd like 2.3.   Perhaps my favorite inclusion into the new profile is that 
the Mic choice in Mixer is now saved.  Jim KJ2P
