Hi,

We just had a quick meeting to talk about the possibility of the joint
effort today.

Jerry ,Yu and I expressed the pros and cons about merging the project
together, we also discussed the challenges (legal affairs, design and
codebase decision making) of merging these two projects together. As
there are a lot of things that need to be done before two teams can
work together, both sides agree to enter the ASF incubator first then
we can seek the possibility of joint efforts in the future.
