I noticed that also, I was able to install those..... except the OFX files, libofx6, libofx4. I was able to install libofx-dev however.
cmake -DWITH_AQBANKING=OFF -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/home/dennis/.local /home/dennis/Applications/gnucash-3.1 It ran.... Then I did the make.... then make install. No errors Now what do I do.
