I was able to install sage_conf successfully, but when I run, "python3 -m 
pip install $(sage-config SAGE_SPKG_WHEELS)/*.whl sage_setup", I get the 
following error messages: 

zsh: command not found: sage-config

zsh: no matches found: /*.whl
