You have contact the public Pidgin support list. Pidgin doesn't run any services, simply provides the client you're using. You seem to be under the misapprehension that the Pidgin community operates the venue you are talking about; it doesn't. Pidgin is a client that can access many different services, and this is a peer support forum, so is going out to users.
