i cant find anywhere -lfreecdb and -lfreecdbmake but vpopmail-config
tells me it needs it :
i cant compile programs using vpopmail.
maybe this is linked to the story with tinycdb and cie.

I have stumbled over this (annoying) bug in cupsys and I have tested adding the

tag in the fr/header.tmpl (with DefaultCharset notused in cupsd.conf).
