Send them an email asking for why they suspended the account., I mean 
because Rocketboom used ebay to solicit sponsers or "ads", so why 
can't you.  I would point that out in the email.  It sounds like 
someone may have "flagged" you and ebay in their tyical and 
inconsisntant fashion banned you.  let us know what happens..
