Continuing from thread [1]. Pursuant to comments from the CCC, the patch [2] has been updated. The changes with respect to the previous version of the patch [3] are to clarify the specification of TIFFField(TIFFTag,long) in terms of the constructor’s description and the exceptions it throws, and to add an exception for the case of value >= 4294967296, i.e., above the range of a 32-bit unsigned int.
Once this patch is approved the CCC request may be updated.
