Even though TRL isn't for those on this list, I think this would be a positive for the Pubahs and I would support them. I think that's the important thing more than TRL or Jive Records or Britney Spears. I think it brings the music to a larger audience that may not have heard of the Pubahs. It may even turn them on to other Detroit artists beyond Kid Rock and Eminem. Though it may be annoying to turn newbies on to an underground scene, I think it's important to get props to those artists that have labored hard over the years. Greater exposure hopefully will lead to wider acceptance, new artists, new innovations. The underground will always exist, but it would be nice for those artists to get their just rewards as well.
