I'm getting in a wee bit late on this thread apparently, but as far as hiphouse goes, anything that came out of Chicago back in the day would have to qualify I think. Fast Eddie, Kool Rock Steady, older tracks by Ralphi Rosario & DJ Funk are just a few right off of the top of my head... alot of stuff on the DJ International label if you can still find it. I could come up with a lot more but I'm being too lazy to dig through all of that old vinyl right now. And no, I have nothing I want to sell to anyone! LOL In fact, I'm looking for a couple of things on the old Chicago Trax label if someone can point me in the right direction...
