I think all we can hope for here is that the X313 promoters can sort things
out and will issue a statement letting everyone know exactly what's
happening. Last time I heard Ranx is in Detroit right now doing just that,
so let's hope his trip is fruitful, eh? And I guess that with UR you can
never rule anything out either, so who knows what will happen?

But yeah, without having heard Pennington's side of things yet, it does seem
he has treated John rather shoddily.

I am extremely pissed off. I spent my last money on train and hotel for
London because I wanted to see UR live. Furthermore I can confirm that James
Pennington will not perform in London due to a prior engagement in
Switserland.

James however has put me down very badly last Monday when he didn't show up
to play at my party. He didn't even call and up to now I haven't been able
to reach him nor those he return my calls. Never had I expected so much
disrespect from somebody I thought I could trust. That mere fact that he
didn't even call to cancell or refuses to pick up his phone is very hard for
me to understand. Untill the early evening everything seemed ok, James
promising to be in Ghent by 10pm. From then on I couldn't reach him anymore.
I stayed in the train station untill the last train arrived well after
midnight. I felt terrible. I would have given an arm for this guy and then
he lets me and everybody who turned up (more than we had ever expected) down
like that not even wanting to explain. Nice. It puts the whole 'underground'
thing in perspective. A whole lot of bullshit, that's what it is.

John, very disappointed, out

Hmmmm.... I'd like to hear the official comment on why the line-up has been
cropped so disappointingly. Moodyman'll be great, if he actually plays at
all - my thinking at the moment is that we won't actually know until the
night whether this will happen or not. I've been misled once it seems, so
once more isn't gonna hurt, right?

The fact still remains that the line-up as it stands now is far from the one

that enticed me to part with £30. When I called up the information line I
did ask the guy I spoke to whether the full UR crew would be in attendance -

to which he of course replied "yes".

Ranx, if you're out there perhaps you could supply us with some kind of
insight into how such an ambitious line-up could be miscommunicated (such an

advantageous miscommunication at that), and also inform us whether ticket
refunds are available for the disappointed ones.

I'm trying hard not to scream "Rip-off" at this point, but to be honest I'm
frustrated by this and a little pissed off.
