I just had a squiz through the latest "The Face" magazine (the one with David Beckham of Manchester United fame on the cover).
It had a review of Green Velvet's "La La Land" in the singles reviews section. In typical Face fashion the review is completely meaningless; something along the lines of Green Velvets a mad bastard, so don't mess with him. Of course that doesn't mean that it's necessarily got beyond the promo stage. I hate it when they publish a review months before the release date. There was also a review of "Crystal" the latest single from New Order. Has any one heard it? I'd read that the new album was going to be more guitar-based. There's also an article on Adelaide, Australia-based lable "Dirty House Records". They describe their sound as Derrick Carter and Jeff Mills getting into a fight and then deciding to just get along (or something along those lines). Any thoughts?
