My 2 cents...

I personally hate the silver sonys.  I have owned the pair just under them.. 
the Sony V-600.  I make music into the wee hours of the night with these and 
they are comfy and no sound leaks out.  They fit over your whole ear instead of 
ON your ear like the silver sonys.  I have had them for 6 years now and Its 
nice to mix with them as well because they are a totally closed cup design and 
when your cuing you dont have spillage from your monitor into the headphones.

If my v-600s break.. Im goin to buy some new ones.  They are about $100...
