ummm no they're not. every single last DEMF has waited until the last minute to figure out the finalized bookings. let us not forget the hysterical circus sideshow that was the lineup last year, where about a dozen or more DJs were 'mysteriously' changed that afternoon after their announcement at the press conference. that aside, i'd like there to be a festival. but the city council appears to be dragging its collective feet and walkers foward with any sort of verdict; and that makes still remain cynical that there will be a festival this year. according to the papers, they're supposed to have some sort of decision this month.
