|I would second that...I lived in Montreal for 5 years and it 
|was fantastic. The only thing is that sometimes the politics 
|can be a bit hard to deal with
|- language wars, and the winters are damn cold.  And if you 
|don't speak french it can be hard to get work.  But, on the 
|positive side, its like living in a wicked European city only 
|you are in North America.  The people are hip, the music scene 
|is supportive, tight and prolific, and housing is cheap.  
|Plus, you can eat the worlds best bagels and smoked meat until 
|you are ready to burst - every day, all day!
