fxck power outages. of course I live 2 hours from detroit now, and left my house at 3pm so I could drink some beers and bbq before heading over to see traxx, twonz, and theo parrish.
you all know that at around 4:15pm, the power went out and Im assuming (safely I imagine) that the event didn't go down, unless it was featuring lots of candles and generators. so I ended up trapped in ann arbor, unable to get money from the bank, no food, no ac, and my friends place is the top of a 3 story house. it was 85 degrees in his house when I left to take my chances with i-75 at 4am this morning. at least my car has tunes and ac :P I hope you're all faring well, and that you can find some peace despite the glaring technology void left by the power outage.
