Can't agree more. Had a few sh*tty days recently, and waking up to 'Can You
Feel It' on ye olde minidisc as you get on the bus/tube, or popping it in
the headphones just as you leave work is quite extraordinary. All the crap
melts away for a moment. I swear I am the only person in this city smiling
at these hours, and it's all because of the tunes.

That said, I love my HHB Circle 5's, pumping out the warmth of the Allen &
Heath at home. They sound so sweet together. The purely visceral experience
of mixing with those in your face does something equal if not greater. And
hearing new records for the first time on the right sound system is key. In
fact, more and more often I am chosing to listen to music while I eat dinner
rather than sitting at the computer or in front of the TV, and I am making
time to just sit around and do nothing but listen to my records. Stopping
your gob and playing the right music can be such a relaxing experience.

At any rate, I really need both. I am not the same person absent either.
