I think the thing with this whole argument is that we shouldn't hype him up too much. I mean, essentially no matter how good the music is, he's not doing anything particularly new, more that he's refined it. I really like all the tracks he's done, they have a signature feel to it (It would be like listening in a club, and thinking "oh this sounds like Mathew Jonson") and this is naturally the first step to being a good or great artist.
