Why does no one ever cite Japan? Ghosts was an amazing record and a big hit. They were pioneers. David Sylvian married Ingrid Chavez who did a stunning album on Paisley Park circa '91 and re-empted neo-soul. I think Sylvian had a credit on the first Propaganda album.
