The original track is 'Chicago' by Roy Ayers, from his 1983 'Lots Of Love' LP.
Global Communication sampled it for 'Chicago Chicago' on Universal Language. And Henrik Schwarz sampled it for the imaginatively-titled 'Chicago' on Mood Music...
