Maybe it's something to do with tracklistings?

i.e. they're never going to find out whats on what without a tracklist?

exactly.

presumably they've done a search or something on particular tracks, and
Robins site came up?
otherwise, if you look at all the other sites doing mixes who are
un-touched, none of these have tracklistings?

or looked on LD. both mixes are up there? could be from anywhere tho.

without tracklistings tho it's hard to turn people on to new sounds and sell them music (thinking from a bpi point of view). this policy is just unfair. i'm not a pirate.

so, maybe in the future for anyone, just don't do a tracklist for your
mixes, and you might slip under the radar?

maybe?

i would guess that's bang on.

anyway paranoid thought:

mr. bpi the site is gone, i think you're wrong but i can't be arsed fighting the good fight against you.

ahem
