not necessarily. if your stuff was licensed or owned by someone who went out of business, they still own the right to release the music for i forget how many years. its why i think carl craig hasnt reissued the last 69 record, because it was lisenced to r&s so he might have to wait till he gets the rights back. or of course he could "boot" it, but that doesnt seem to be happening since its been like 2 years since the other ones came out.... tom
