My Maurizio CD cracked after I had it for a couple of months. I wrote an email to Basic Channel that they should do something about those metal cases that destroy their great CDs and the good people there sent me a new one for free. Later I modified all of my BC/M/CR metal boxes by cutting out the inside of normal plastic CD box and gluing it into the metal box.
