Go here and download the driver for your specific version of Windows: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=4110396&lc=en&cc=us&dlc= I forget, but I think you said you have Win7? If so, be sure to get either 32bit or 64bit, depending on what you have. Look under Start, Computer, System Properties.
