Thanks, this worked.  The template directory on Windows is a directory
named template below the AbiSuite installation directory, in other words
C:\Program Files\AbiSuite\templates for an installation of AbiWord in
the default C:\Program Files\AbiSuite.

I quit and relaunched, so I know that works, I didn't try to create a
new document before quitting and relaunching, so I'm not sure about
that.
