I have no personal experience with the craft, but I've seen a few
messages about it on rec.aviation.homebuilt.  The general consensus
is that the performance figures for the plane are exaggerated.

If I were you I would check out the archives of r.a.h on www.deja.com.
Do an "advanced groups search" for the word "Bradley" in the subject
and "rec.aviation.homebuilt" as the newsgroup.  If it isn't wrapped,
