Hi Jeffrey, I'd recommend you storing the AG meeting audio and video data locally using AGVCR and then converting this data to your desired format.
Unfortunately, I don't know what convertion software is available! Presumably you're planning on 'playing' the meeting from a PC (either live or recorded), converting the VGA signal with a scan convertor, and capturing the AV signal with a DVR? So you'd simply capture the entire VGA output, i.e. Desktop 1, as opposed to a nice AVI file that only shows the video clips. I suppose you could capture with AGVCR on the node PC, transfer this data onto another PC with AGVCR installed, play it back there, and loopback the video into a capture card (similarly with audio) and save it in your desired format. Alternatively, I believe some DVRs have a built in DVD writer, so it wouldn't matter about the on screen menus. You can of course output the DVR to a PC's AV capture card - but you're going from PC to DVR back to PC again!! That's just my random thoughts anyway! Want to record to the hard drive via .avi or .wmv then be able to transfer to DVD. All the consumer versions like Tivo are all full of recording "off-air" and full of TV Guide menus that I don't want or need. Any suggestions? Jeff Jeffrey L.
