- That problem won't be identified in the VenueClient.log file. - I think I know the problem, it's with code for detecting input ports on the devices. If I'm right, it's a Windows-specific problem. I'll check tomorrow. - Logfiles are written to the user's directory because that's where the user can most likely write files. There may be instances in which the 'system' Logs directory will be written to, but it's not the usual case.
