Just wondering if you could provide some more information please.



·         Operating System;



·         Does "vic" work, if you are not transmitting?  IE, just a video 
Consumer.



·         Do you have a model type for the Camera?



Additionally, logs can generally be found within C:\Documents and 
Settings\<username>\Application Data\AccessGrid3\Logs

Subject: [AG-TECH] AG3.1 vic crashes



I have just upgraded my installation of AccessGrid from 3.0.2 to 3.1. When 
running the new version as soon as I create a videoconsumer node service to 
capture from my Logitech webcam vic crashes. Can anyone point me to where logs 
are generated to try and track down the problem.
