You need not go so far Rajesh. It's simple: anything relating to disability or affecting us as disabled persons, specially VI, can be discussed in this forum.
We are educated and well-placed and certainly are in a position to create awareness about issues that affect us a great deal, such as the insensitive airlines. Behaving as human isn't certainly used here as an excuse to discuss off-topic things. As someone pointed out, if stray dogs are not off-topic, this can't be off-topic as well.
