Even I too read this news morning but I was shocked to read this news, I cannot understand before the same supreme court passed verdict on 3% reservation in both recruitment & promotion but now the same supreme court is reversing its own order 3% reservation can be given only during recruitment but not in promotion, I am verymuch feeling depressed on this decision, we disabled people really required promotion, this means we are once again done injustice, we struggled from beginning we have to struggle till our death
