AND, MANY PEOPLE STILL CONTRIBUTING  TO GET THE 3 PERCENT  RESERVATION
BUT, MY QUESTION IS, HOW MANY PEOPLE THOUGHT TO GETTING ACCESSIBLE
LAIBRARIES  IN THE COLLEGES/UNIVERCITYS
