why don't you file a complaint against those MNCs in ministry of company afairs as they are not fare dealing with you? one has to ring the bell and please remember that after 2018-19 or 20 it will be difficult to get jobs in banks also. as government is planning to merge banks and there will be no requirement of frontline staff in banks after 5 or 6 years. as it was stopped after 1992.

If you want to get into private companies, its better to approach
organisations like Enable India at Bangloore who would have some
database of companies which are sensitive to disabled.  They indeed
place some people depending on the academics and skillset.  Otherwise
you can try for bank jobs which pay decent salaries.  Of course, I'm
not discouraging you from trying in private sector.  you may call me
to discuss further on this.
