Hello! You have to use the head phones to tune the radio! how ever you can get it on speaker and listen to it with out head phones! you may require sited assisstence for the same! as you will enter on radio your talks will not speak any longer!
but once the radio is tuned you can learn and go ahead and turn it on your self get it on to the speaker and listen to it!
