Hi If that is the case, all other Banks who are on FEBA (Finacle Should also have similar problems. What is the scene with other Banks on this product? In the interim, would they be providing access to the old portal or do they expect, that you should suspend Banking for this period? I think, based on the response to the first query, you can get back to your Bank with the next bout.
