I could not use it independently and I complained to the Bank and also complained IBA and RBI. I kept sending reminders but they did not respond to my mails. Finally I gave them a weeks time and thereafter mentioned I would escalate to Banking Umbudsman. Again no response. Last Monday I complained to Banking Ombudsman with a copy to the Indian Bank. Much to my surprise with an hour, they got back for the first time and they provided a URL by which I could access the old portal and they also assured they would work on the complaint. It turned a happy ending. The moral of the story is to be persistent and knock on the right doors. Any blind persons of Indian Bank can get the URL from me.
