Yes, in bangalore 1 and a half year back, one driver cancelled the trip, then he came there and took as normal trip saying ola is deducting from his payment and giving very few and i am charged cancellation charges Rs 50 also which wont happen with uber. we can lodge complaint through app only for which no remedy yet and i stopped using OLA.
