Dear Friends, I got cancellation fee refunded by OLA when similar incident occurred to me . Go to you OLA APP CLICK YOUR RIDES SELECT RIDE FOR CANCELLATION TAB SUPPORT BUTTON CHOOSE AN ISSUE SELECT APPROPRIATE FEE WAIVER AND SEND IT
