Go to you OLA APP
CLICK YOUR RIDES
SELECT RIDE FOR CANCELLATION
TAB SUPPORT BUTTON
CHOOSE AN ISSUE
SELECT APPROPRIATE FEE WAIVER
AND SEND IT
