Dear list members, yesterday i went to chennai while booking a cab in
ola I got few bitter experiences I want to share with you after
boarding at chennai railway station.

1 I booked a cab for my destination, the driver called me and asked
the destination when i told then he cancelled the booking.  I shocked
when i saw rs 50 against cancellation charges.  it happened 3 times
from the same location, same day, for same destination.
2. same thing happened while returning that to the driver came to my
destination he asked and he told he do not come there in a rude
manner.

  my is this is the policy of ola?  even the driver had cancelled the
ride wethere we have to pay?  to whom should we contact?  and to whom
should I report against the rude behavior of the cab driver?
