Hi listers,
As this post has now come to the list, I wanted to take up an
accessibility concern with the Imobile app here. The issue is with a
friend's iPhone. Once the app is installed, one is able to open it,
set pin and sometimes even the fingerprint. But once you quit the app
and then start it again, it does not go the home page with pin or
fingerprint. It asks for some activation with a code that needs to be
matched with the card. The code is not accessible to Voiceover to
read, and we have not been able to figure out as to what exactly
needed to be matched with the card. The concerned person is using only
the ICICI credit card and no other service. On Android, I haven't so
far faced any such issue. I am unable to help him out, if anyone has
any tip, then kindly share.
Regards,
