you are right avinashji,
it depends on family structure. if both the parents are disabled then
we get major role in all the functions. in my home both of us are
visually impaired. our son's birthday party or any function related
our house we actively participate in arrangements. i feel if one
partner is sighted then definately it will happen what you said. i
have seen some visually impaired friend's families where wife is
sighted and she takes mmajor decisions in arranging things. husband
gives only money but cannot participate in arrangements of functions.
though he knows more his opinions are not considered much.
