hello, I'm unable to open my mail account. it is showing code error 077 and asking to try after few seconds. though i do it is showing the message again and again. through help option i come to know that if you mail any software file it blocks your mail account. will you please resolve my problem? it is very necessory as an important males are to be saved. hoping for quick reply.
