Dont try to format on the begining according to my opinion, I have seen the virus file name, you can find your answers there, Try downloading one of the files as they tell you, and still if it doesn't work, do the next. I had the problem that I could not open google websites, but now I can I updated the free version of avg and avast and Each program found some virus at different times and it is done. It is working perfectly. Hoping it works. Try visiting google answers, or try typing funny..... the virus name and you will get suggessions on google.
