I checked with  a friend using Axis Mobile on IOS. He said that while
there are serious accessibility issues, it nevertheless is usable. On
Android, thre is 100 percent unusability now. Absolutely nothing is
read out after you are logged in.
Are you able to use Axis netbanking on axisbank.com?
